Membership Please refer all questions Membership Kit, membership cards online access, and membership resource nformation at membership@fcclainc.org. Membership dues are National- $9.00 and Ohio - $4.00 for a total of $13.00. Membership Incentive National FCCLA is offering one FCCLA publication, FREE OF CHARGE, for all chapters that affiliate before November 1, 2010. To receive the incentive advisers must be affiliated before November 1 and MUST fill out the Incentive Request Form upon affiliating online. Advisers must indicate their preferred publication by marking their highest preference with 1, followed by 2, 3, and 4 for their second, third, and fourth choices. (Please note: that the number of publications is limited and availability is based on first-come first-serve basis). The username and password will be emailed to advisers after affiliation has been verified.
